These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”), which is operated by Neuhaus Realty Inc. (“Neuhaus Realty,” “we,” or “us”) in connection with the marketing of the property known as Regency Lofts at Holmdel, located at 979 Palmer Avenue, Holmdel, New Jersey 07733 (the “Property”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Informational Purposes Only
The Site and all materials on it are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, the Property or any security. Any sale of the Property will be made only pursuant to a fully executed written purchase and sale agreement negotiated between the parties.

All financial figures presented, including gross potential rent, effective gross income, operating expenses, net operating income and capitalization rate, are pro forma estimates for the completed building and have not been independently verified. Actual results will vary. Property tax figures reflect an estimated post-construction assessment and are subject to change upon final assessment by the taxing authority.
3. Renderings and Plans
All images, renderings, elevations and floor plans are artist’s conceptions or architectural drawings provided for illustrative purposes. They are not to scale, may depict features, finishes, furnishings and landscaping that are not included, and remain subject to change during design development and construction without notice.
4. Independent Due Diligence
Prospective purchasers are solely responsible for conducting their own independent investigation, inspection, analysis and verification of the Property and all information relating to it, and should consult their own legal, tax, accounting, engineering and other professional advisors before entering into any transaction. Neuhaus Realty and the owner of the Property expressly disclaim any liability arising from reliance on information presented on this Site.
5. Confidentiality
Certain materials available through this Site, including the full offering memorandum, may be confidential. By requesting or receiving such materials you agree to keep them confidential, to use them solely to evaluate a potential acquisition of the Property, and not to distribute or disclose them to any third party without our prior written consent.

All content on the Site, including text, images, renderings, logos, marks and layout, is owned by or licensed to Neuhaus Realty or the Property owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
